Complete Dentures

Complete dentures are removable appliances that replaces all the missing teeth restoring chewing function, speech and esthetics and facial structure. They are custom made from materials like acrylic resin, designed to sit on gums

Complete dentures are removable appliances that replace all your missing teeth in the upper or lower jaw (or both). They restore your ability to chew, speak clearly, and smile confidently — while also supporting your facial structure.Who needs complete dentures? If you've lost all your teeth due to decay, gum disease, injury, or age, complete dentures give you back a full set of functional teeth. What are they made of?They're custom-made from acrylic resin (a durable, tooth-colored plastic) that's shaped to fit your gums perfectly. The teeth are also made from acrylic or porcelain, designed to look natural. How do they stay in place?Complete dentures sit directly on your gums and rely on suction and the natural shape of your mouth to stay put. Upper dentures usually stay in place more easily because they cover the roof of your mouth, creating a seal. Lower dentures can be trickier since there's less surface area for suction. Some people use denture adhesive for extra security, especially when eating or speaking. What to expectGetting used to them: It takes a few weeks to adjust. Your mouth needs time to adapt, and you'll need to practice speaking and eating with them.Eating: Start with soft foods, then gradually work your way up to firmer textures. Avoid very sticky or hard foods.Care: Remove and clean them daily with a soft brush and denture cleaner. Soak them overnight in water or denture solution.Adjustments: We'll schedule follow-up visits to make sure they fit well. As your gums change shape over time, dentures may need relining or replacement every 5–7 years.Benefits
